Wanted: Accounts Administrator: £20,000 p/a (Winchester / Chandlers Ford)

Team Roost is a small but perfectly formed heating company with big aspirations, and due to continued growth we are looking for an amazing Accounts Administratorwho can effortlessly ensure that we’re always on top of our accounts, both inbound and outbound. In this role you’ll have lots of freedom to help us develop systems and processes and find better ways of doing things. So you need to be quite confident and undaunted by lone-working / home-working and working unsupervised.

You’ll already have proven ability with accounts/bookkeeping and credit control in a busy, customer focused office environment. If you have hands-on experience with accounting software (we use Xero, iZettle and Sage pay but any would be an advantage) that would be great! You will have every opportunity to develop this role for yourself and build an exciting ongoing career within a business that is really going places! You must have a flexible approach and be willing to assist our Administration Manager when needed and to help with holiday cover. This part of the job will involve mucking in to help answer telephone calls and emails from customers and helping to manage the Engineers’ calendars.

Hours: approximately 20hrs a week spread over at least 3 days.

Package: £20,000 (pro rata), 20 days holiday (pro rata) plus your birthday off and a pension.

Ideally based: between Winchester and Chandlers Ford.
